Waking up on Zigzags birthday with a naughty feeling of "i shoudnt of done that cheese-o-lator bong last night" type of feeling and asuming i was first awake i rolled up from our mix bag of previous 2 day/nights of smoking to start my day an smoke up,rolled 3 more for when the birthday man woke up.........i should mention we was goin to put a full report on here because weve been here two days but the whole getting to amsterdam and just going overboard was to much of a temptation for us 8 lads even if 4 arnt ment to be smoking so we overdid the first two nights and it brings us to Zigzags Birthday,not too sure what our plans are but breaky is first up and then a possible trip to the heineken tour so should be fun and cold as i see the snow has just started...............also looking forward to our toke an talk tomorrow at Basjoes'.......peace out.......Rizla King.............Zigzag..............YNWA

Hi there

All has returned to normal now and the brain has started to work again

This was the best holiday i have ever had.
Me and seven mates all going to the dam for my birthday, could not wait.

This is going to be the first time going for real by that i mean i have been before but that was one of those 1 day cruises to amsterdam where you only get 6 hours there and 15 hours each way on the boat,

So finally after counting down from 120 days to go we have finally arrived at the day before we go, its all aranged and the boys are comig round to mine for about 19:00 have a pre Dam party in ours to get the lungs warmed up and then getting picked up at 04:30 and off to paradise we go.

Anyway the travel and flight go without any problem and arrive in amsterdam central station at around 11:30. I have done the walk on google maps so many times that i know exectly where i am going to get to our Funky Chicken apartments and what coffee shops are on the way, off we go with my nose half leading the way and those bubbles of excitment in my stomach that i'm sure everyone must get when they finally get to central.

At this point i must appologise that mainly due to the amount that we smoked and also the added excitement of just being in amsterdam we did not take any notes and i am doing this all from memory which is a little Hazey (no pun intended) I will do my best to get as much details in and will put pictures on when i can.

...Of i go heading to the right of the Victoria Hotel and towards Spuistraat Road and the first stop of the trip is Resin i get outside and give the appartment owner a quick ring as requested so that she can be at the apparments so that we can sort out the money and drop our cases off until we can check in at 14:00. Any way the phone call goes very well and she mentions that she has already got us 2 grams of her own stuff as a welcome to amsterdam gift for us which i personally think is much better than a mint on your pillow.

We still proceed into resin and i buy a gram of crystal 14 euro i think which i found very harsh and not a nice taste but Rizla bough Resin haze which was 12 euro a gram and although its a big shout but i think it was one of the nicest taste of the whole trip we smoke a joint of each then we were on our way down to our home for the next 6 days. Come out of Resin with big stupid smiles on our faces and happily continue on our way with that annoying brrrrrrrrrr that your suitcase makes while pulling it along, after on a few minute we were there and what a site pay the nice lady who is called Lina by the way and she gives us this bag which smells amazing she did not know the name of it but whole really cares when you getting 2 gram of Dam stuff for free we head back out to the street and decide on where we go for the next few hours until we can go and crash when the apartments are ready, best idea ever comes up and burger king of we go and order a good munch and sit up stairs, sitting there munching away i decide that it is time to try out our free gift so after some discussion on if it is allowed or not to role up in a burger king i do it anyway while waiting for some of the slower people to eat up, we head out into the cold street and take a walk along and come across Stone's Cafe and have to go in,

May i just say now that this place is amazing we tak a seat around the big table by the fruit machines and roll up two of the fattest joints ever and start to blaze very soon the heavy eyes arrive and everything is good so Rizla decides to build another one with the free stuff which did not taste the best but for some reason took our heads off the first one had not been too bad but this second one was having some strong effects on us, feeling that we could really do with a lie down after only having about 1.5hrs sleep in the last 48hrs look at my phone and there is the message we have all been waiting for. It was from Lina saying that our rooms where ready we all get up and stagger back to our rooms only to be greated by the steapest stairs i have ever seen and to make it worse we were in the top apartment, any way make it up there dump our bags next to our beds blaze a fat one up then passed out for for a few hours.

Great report, We're staying at Funky Monkey apartment for 4 days in 3 weeks time.

After you finish this report, go back to the Dam and do another report we will compare the two and if we still can't decide you will have to go back again and again untill you get it right

I am getting made redundant in the next few months so the next trip is only round the corner as soon as i get a confirmed date of when i finish i will be making another trip

Monday evening after passing out we wake at about 20:30 just in time to have a quick smoke and then head to central station to meet my brother who had not been able to fly out with us because he had a job interview in the morning. Of course we had built a joint to allow him to catch up on what he had already missed
I think in total there was 6 different types in this joint
Crystal / Resin Haze / Cheese'o'lator / Grey area Crystal / Chocolope and the free stuff from Lina.

Off we go it's about 21:30 and have just recieved the phone call from my brother to say that he was just getting onto the train at the airport and should be with us in about 15 mins.
Stepping out into the cold is more than enough to wake me up and feel ready for a good nights smoke, making our way along the icy snow covered streets just trying to stay up right we make it to central to see my brother standing outside with his bags with that look in his eyes of bring it on.
We give him his present and even though we did say it was possibly not the best idea he blazes it up anyway, i forgot to mention that it was his first trip and had just made the trip on his own which i was a little bit jellous of.
I feel that on the walk back to the apartments he still needs to do the Dam thing and purchase some smoke of his own and break his Dam cherry so for the second time today we head into Resin, our Adams eyes light us as we walk in and he just stands there for a few seconds with the look of what the fuck do i do here so i pointed him towards the menu and told him about our purchases earlier that day and said that he should try something different so if i can remeber right he got White Widow for about 8euro any way we don't stay so just buy and fly past the bargain red light district (well thats what we called it) and back to the Funky Chicken up those bloody stairs and into our room.

On our arrival the rest of the lads who were staying with us appeared in our room and the smoke out began even the none smokers where eating cakes and all was good, after some time and a lot of smoke the call goes out for a game to be played and for some reason eye spy was called it goes around a couple of times until there is one that no one can get i'm looking round the room looking for something that begins with T saying even the most stupid things and still not luck then i see my mate looking at the sink and shout out TAP as loud as i can at this point my mate goes made shouting that i had stollen his eyes and that he should win the point. I understand that this does not sound the funniest of situations but i tell you i have never laughed so much and deffinately goes down as one of the funniest points of the holiday. It gets to that point of the night where the people who have been drinking and smoking all day are dropping out and going to bed.
It gets to the point where it is just the smokers left and there is a little bit of nearly everything that we have bought that day left in a selection of different bags all over the building tray we put them all into one bag and then name this the bits bag so any weed that we have left over at the end of a bag which is not really enough for a good joint goes into the bag to make a rude combination of every smoke we have bought. Any way i build a fat cone with this a few puff puff gives later and we are all ready for bed as we want a reasonably early start in the morning and out to find a good breakfast place.

Feelin that, got made redundant five days before xmas, so i've taken a well deserved break (including at least one Dam trip) before i start working out what i want to do next. Good luck man, hope you get fixed up quick. peace.AP..
