Eindhoven

Post by Jasmeena »

Just wondering if there are any other residents of this fine city who are registered on this site?

And would like to advertise Eindhoven as a great city to visit.. not only for the coffee shops, but for the cool bar-street called Stratumseind!

Reviews of Stratumseind

Find it!

Eindhoven is on a direct link from Schiphol and takes about 1.5 hrs on a fast train (not stoptrein) and costs about 20 euros one-way to get there..

And my favourite coffeeshop is there... Begijntjes/Upstairs... mmm they have a bar downstairs where you can smoke your tobacco and your weed... great place!!

Last time I was there, I smoked a regular cigarette and then lit a pre-rolled white widow joint.. smoked the entire thing (ok that was a mistake lol) and very nearly whited-out right there on my stool.. really had to concentrate to keep it together.. managed to get to the loo and then outside and sat in front of the church (Catharina) with the twin spires and tried to focus (and fend off friendly attention from young men.. gah.. timing!).. haha..
