Yeah, but I thought I'd escaped that heart attack, until I came here. Plus, there's no such thing as a 'British' fry, if it aint got potato and soda bread with it...it aint worth talking about. So it's either an Ulster fry, or as the other half of the country like to call it....a fry!. Black pudding...pfft!.

Soda Bread, thats a bit too healthy for my fry-up, replace it with a fried slice. I was under the impression when i ordered my first Ulster Fry, in Bangor, that a general recipie was whatever the English put on theirs, double the amount. I was disappointed at the lack of black pudding though. Bacon fried
Eggs fried.
Potato bread fried.
Soda bread..erm..fried.
Normal bread fried.
..and if ya wanna get 'fancy', some fried mushrooms and baked beans..not fried. Black and white pudding however, like wearing tadpole filled wellies....is just wrong!. Oi! Hill! NOO!!.
