While that is the case. Is it not a little strange for a Belfast native to rip others for their food. Afterall Belfast is home to the Ulster Fry, the only country whos managed to make the British Fry up more unhealthy?

Yeah, but I thought I'd escaped that heart attack, until I came here. Plus, there's no such thing as a 'British' fry, if it aint got potato and soda bread with it...it aint worth talking about. So it's either an Ulster fry, or as the other half of the country like to call it....a fry!. Black pudding...pfft!.:D

Soda Bread, thats a bit too healthy for my fry-up, replace it with a fried slice. I was under the impression when i ordered my first Ulster Fry, in Bangor, that a general recipie was whatever the English put on theirs, double the amount. I was disappointed at the lack of black pudding though. Nothing says good morning like pigs fat soaked in blood and then fried.
