Times ago I was thinking about a way to fight for legalisation (obviously not-viokent) and it could be planting tons of seeds in pubblic places like the parliment etc. and wait to laugh your arse off when newspapers will talk. Probably could be also an action that pubblic opinion could perceive positively. And I have many doubt police can identify the author of the deed. What do you think?? Lame idea?

yeah, you are right: lots of seed, undoubtedly, but not as much as you could think at first.
in a realistic way of thinking the media don't makes too much rumors on something that could be a trouble for the establishment so if you hit the opinion once or twice then you just did the half of the thing. after the emulation can help.
and in the end of all: you don't have to smoke it...so no matter on the seeds quality

Any excess or unknown strain seeds I run into get dumped in running water.
It could be a river, creek or drainage ditch. The water will spread them along it's banks. They should have plenty of water. If they mature and go to seed the process is continued down stream. A little more covert than planting them around the courthouse. Out in the countryside they stand a much better chance of reaching maturity and spreading their goodness.
Enjoy

Some years ago in a local town near me in the UK, somebody planted several cannabis plants, already in the vegetative stage at the local Police station's flower bed. The regional newspapers found out and photographed it and it was all reported in a fun way.

Few years ago it was made in germany, seeds were still legal, growshops and other seedsuppliers gave them away for free to a underground guerilla. Seeds were planted all over the country, thousands of them.
Nothing changed, hemp is still illegal.

Sad to hear

And do you remember how the pubblic opinion reacted? were ppl less afraid of the weed after the campaign, remained in indifference or became more scared?

This could be a victory, don't you think?

The newspapers reported in a way between fun and danger. The public showed no visible reaction. Police raided any plant they found.
At the moment, theres no public discussion on hemp at all in germany.
Theres only one theme: how the economy could grow again.
Bad times. And I lost my best source...now only crap to smoke.

Same in France. Weed is prohibited, both recreationnal and medical purposes, and politician don't wanna hear about legalization.
During the last deputy's election, peoples presented as "Cannabis Sans Frontière" but it was a big fail, they try to interview politicians, but no one answered them.

I'm afraid over the years I've been forced to but more weed with seeds than I'd like. If the weed was really nice, I'd save a few healthy looking seeds, with hope for the future. They came in handy when I did make a growing room. Unfortunately we were captured by the enemy and that was the end of that.
Before that, however, I was given a huge bag of seeds by someone who, I don't believe, ever threw one away. There was probably a kilo of seeds in a couple of plastic bags. Living in a rural area I distributed them far and wide on farmers' fields, construction sites, anywhere they might get a chance to grow. I didn't go back to most of the sites, but one rather close to my house produced some big old plants that seemed to die without getting any attention from anyone. There was another which got the desired results; the police raided the place after a couple days staking out the area. They got a bunch of nasty leafy crap with not a flower to be seen. They had the local TV people covering the big bust, but it was obvious to the press guys the stuff was crap. It got them to waste some of their resources. I hope they had a nice time sitting in the weeds talking to the mosquitoes.
