What are the laws regarding drink driving in The Netherlands..?
Do the Dutch Police have a zero tolerance attitude to drink driving...?
Can you sleep in a car overnight if you've been drinking...?
Any help would be brilliant...

Yes if you are over the limit you are nicked.
If you have the means of moving the vehicle ie. the ignition keys, and you're over the limit you will also get done.
