hi all
just booked up for our next trip and am wondering if anyone has played poker at the casino in dam ?
or...anywhere else you can go and play like bars, coffeeshops etc?
in the uk they play in pubs / clubs and would really like a game out there, usualy not advertised so this is maybe aimed at yo lucky locals ?

i think i saw they had 3card poker at the amsterdam casino on Max Euweplein, i didn't play it though, stuck too the blackjack & roulette + sure they'l have texas hold'em somewhere in there its a massive casino (compared to uk standards, by US standards its a cloakroom )

Yeah they have hold'em in the casino, haven't been myself but some of our customers go regularly, cash games and tourneys as far as I know. Our other bar had a small tournament on Sat night, I think it's on every other weekend, perhaps weekly, I'll have to check. De Gracht and Club 8 pool halls have a game now and then, but I think it's just randomly, the same goes for The Tara and some of the other Irish bars. Quite often there's a small 'chip' game goin here, but it's actually for 'regulars'. Come and see me about that.

I believe thye have poker tourney's most nights at Holland Casino at 8pm. Booking beforehand is advised. I'm sure as the tournament players get knocked out cash games begin.
Where you at DC? Can you get me into the 'regular' game?
