Drinking while walking.

Hello,

I'm wondering if there are any regulations regarding drinking alcohol on the streets of the 'Dam. Can I walk from one CS to another drinking a beer?

Im pretty sure its illegal to drink on the streets, a little while back there was a change of laws meaning you couldnt even drink on patios of bars but now its been changed again, so drinking in public is ok as long as you're on the bar's premises.
I could be wrong, but I think i'm right, if I am someone please correct me.

in the centrum it will land you a fine if caught, not sure what the law is outside
