There is a shop along the Nieuwendijk between the Martelaarsgracht and the spot where it takes a right turn to run parallel to the Damrak. The Martelaarsgracht is the tail of the NZV heading to the Station Centraal. Head towards the Damrak and it is on the left not too far along. Their selection is pretty much whats available in the other shops, but their prices are a good deal cheaper. I have no idea what the name of the shop might be because they use plain brown wrappers.

I looked on Google Maps. Put in "Ramskooi Amsterdam NL" and the place where Ramskooi meets Nieuwendijk is close enough.
