The ex-defence minister of Canada seems to have been taken in by the disclosure project.

Babylon 'wan tief mi 'erb. But mi bun it bfoe dey come.
I saw something strange, in fact it was in amsterdam only a few months back. I have to admit that I can't be certain of this, because a) the eyes/brain can play tricks and b) it was very far away
I was on a bridge looking along a large canal, taking photos of view. In the distance I saw a dot of light moving across the sky, at first I thought it was just a plane. But something looked odd about it, and I got a sudden instinct to point my camera at it and take photos 'just in case'
As it got closer it really didn't look like an plane, and was more of a circular dot of light. I zoomed my camera out as far as it goes, and did my best to get a good photo.
After watching it for probably 15 seconds, slowly moving across the sky towards my left, it disappeared. Its also possible the object went behind a cloud, so again I can't be sure. But to me it looked as though it became gradually transparent and faded into nothing. I stood there for another 10-15 minutes but didn't see anything else.
The light IS visible in the photos. But its very small (only a few pixels) with no detail at all.
