First time post and I know its a bit off topic. I would like to say thanks for all the people in this forum that answer so many questions in a friendly way. That's why I'm asking this here.

I've never been to Amsterdam and am excited about all the coffee shops but also saw a show about Dutch customs and Genevere, namely bars that pour to the rim and have you sip from the glass on the bar. I thought that it is a pretty cool custom, I would like to go to local places that may pour shots like this. any suggestions?
