Rolling

Everyone has there own method of rolling, even when its the same style of joints. I have my own methods and have recently started rolling the dutch method or back-flip with the glue facing out and you burn off the excess paper but when I burn the excess sometimes it burns the skin and I have to either patch it up or start over.
I roll with and without tobacco depending on the quality of the bud. I also find rolling tobacco and cigarette tobacco can massively change the type of smoke you get. I use 1 standard cigarette for roughly 3 joints of good quality green in OCB Pro/King Blue size skins.
I struggle with quality hash, Usually it ends up in a bong. I don't like mixing hash and green either to make up for poor rolling skills.
Do you have any quick tips for rolling specific joints or qualities of green? Or even how different grinders can be used with different qualities of green I have a couple that ive picked up over the years;
Tip: If you roll with your roach in as you prepare then use a roach a little longer than normal and roll with it hanging half out. Once you have finished rolling and have packed the end, push the roach in this way you get a joint that doesn't die as it comes towards the end of its life.
Tip: Put a pinch of tobacco in-front of your roach as you roll, this way you can stub the joint out at the taste of tobacco not oily weed or burning roach.
