Great to be Back on the Forum- Hello once again from the Uk

Post by NIZZLE »

Hi everyone, Its been ages since i have posted as its been a bit of a hectic year for me i've only really had time to dip in now and again for a quick read. So i just wanted to say hi and im back to the forum again.

This year so far.. i got engaged.. i became a Dad to my beautiful baby girl.. Due to the recession i lost my job..However silver lining to that was I set up my own design company!

During all this my other half (God love her) was tryed to get me to quel my smoking habits..which has happened to an extent! (but not really hehehe)

I bought an Iolite which is excellent for stealthy smoking but doesn't replace a joint for me.

Anyway I just bought a fine oz of AK 47 which set me back £215. Beautiful smoke i may put up picks if i get a chance.

So ive been reading the latest threads over the last few weeks..Came back to the latest Twichaldinho/luvtick reports and of course we have the almighty TC report coming soon!! BOOM

Last night the urge was too great! I had to get back to the Dam. This will be trip 22 or is it 23 i just cant remember now..all i know is its not enough trips haha

Having a daughter and a partner who works, theres were only selected dates i could do! So im booked 26FEB-1STmarch. I really wanted to go for the 420 SMOKEFEST or at least get there when Kermit or TwoCanucks are in the dam so we can TNT but alas it was not to be!

There are certain shops that i just cant wait to get too.. Green place Basjoes and Stix. Im calling this the Basjoe Triangle and hopefully i will get lost in it for at least a day.

Next is a trip to Mellow Yellow, Noon for the blueberry silver haze (if still on the menu) Katsu For you guessed it Black Widow, crystal clear and king hussan and boerejongens for the amazing cheese and G13 crosses.

Finally Paradox, La tertulia and De Kuil cause ive never visited these establishments in all the years of visiting the city.

So when im back I will post a trip report and some pictures, and i just got a net book so might be able to do a little live reporting while there..

I'm thinking the net books life will be short lived when the Ipad comes out..

Hope everyone's well and thanks for al the great stories and information that you have told on the forum it has eased a busy year of my life.

Nizzle

You have been posted on the February and March Whos In Town pages.

You can see who else may be in town during your stay.
Watch for Toke and Talks, I post them up to the last minute.

By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.

this guy was swaying on a stool in HGF when i popped in for my 5 grams of cheese to kick the last trip off. He soon swayed off the stool and was lay in a heap on the floor. (not the first time I have seen this in HGF but this was happening at 10am ish) As usual the great staff there were really chilled and helped him out with free drinks and got him back to his normal self.

Welcome back! And a huge congrats on the family! :D

Dude...I WAS one of those people passing out in HGF. On our trip in August my first smoke was Silver Pearl...BIG mistake. Three or four hits later and I woke up on the floor. I think they should take our picture every time we have a whiteout and make some kind of "Wall of Whitey Fame" or something. Damn...that'd be fun :D

BTW, I keep hearing of people having whiteys at HGF. Do they really have the market cornered on gear that will literally knock you on your ass or something?? ;)

Definitely one of my favorite places on Earth...
