Amsterdam Coffeeshop Directory Forums

when i visited at the end of feb. last year it seemed that many of the shops and cafes off the major streets (in de pijp for instance) that i frequented in fall months were closed. do people get out of town for the winter? and when would they return for spring/summer business?

Went out last week and no shops in that area where closed when i visited, infact they where full to the rafters with locals.
