never been befor so looking forwards to the stairs, these guys were very helpfull replied to every email very fast and basically would do anything to help you out,

asked if we could smoke and they said sure just open a window please

i originally booked the old south apartment with shortstay- amsterdam, must of sent them 6 emails over a week with no replies and also called 4 times with no answer just let let people know

yeah they are very nice people! u might not see martin and jojo when your there, but a young guy lives above u who looks after the flats and BnB. Again very chilled guy who meets u on the first day gives u yours keys then says "if u need anything just give me a knock other wise see u at the end of the week to grab the keys! have fun" lol.
its just nice to be treated with respect and trust and not some tourist who is going to destroy their apartments! Its a Great Find! one of the rare ones!

yeah i booked it last min as well, have had constant contact with them through email and they reply right away and are so helpfull,

and its smkoer friendly which is a major plus
