i use a private torrent site. isohunt is good, for tv shows its gotta be EZTV never had a virus from there in 8 years. i miss mininova :( . but for those that dont want to risk it with viruses always read the comments or failing that d/l filetopia its a one on one ftp site not as quick as torrents but perfect in every other way a great bunch of people run it including me

I've actually gotten a virus on my laptop from Limewire before too.

I really don't use it often though, but when I'm in a pinch and my usual download sites & Google are of no use I'll turn to the dreaded Lime.

And speaking of lime, someone needs to develop a nice, citrusy Lime Haze of some sort. Why does lemon get all the love?

Any good alternate sites? Thanks
These are the sites that I primarily use. As for the program, I use uTorrent.

Totally agree.
Isn't Limewire considered old school these days? In recent years I have been able to download more files, faster, and without any viruses using Torrents, than anything Limewire or similar programs can or has offered. Limewire was a great product in the beginning, but now, why bother?

Peace.

agreed, public torrents can be very unreliable, often fakes, no seeders etc. I use private torrent sites like Waffles.fm, What.cd. Because they are invite only, the membership is too valuable for anyone to upload shite. Its heavily modded and anyone who breaks the rules is quickly banned or put on probation.

For TV shows, TVTorrents is good...

For electronic music, try Torrentech (no invite needed for this one!)
