Thanks for the trip report. Have enjoyed reading it so far. Actually thought the 1st few pics were the models you were making and was thinking wow these guys are good!
Are you into collecting militaria at all besides the models? I mention it because it is a hot property right now.
What were your overall impressions of the city? Worth visiting or better to stick to Amsterdam? From what you wrote did not seem a whole lot cheaper than the out of centrum coffeeshops and not quite so tourist friendly as the dam.

thanks PW yeah Eindhoven is a nice place i would say the weed is no where near as good as the Dam or Edinburgh for that fact ! so if you were jus to go for weed go to Amsterdam or any other place with a good rep Haarlam etc . Upstairs had the best weed but for ambience/comfort etc it would be between Meeting Point or Eurogarden ! I am always suspicious of streets with bars/restaraunts but thats more from going to Mallorca/Ibiza where these streets are tourist orientiated , which is not the case in Eindhoven i think ? still a nice place to visit , i shall be returning in Oct ! cheersPauli Wallnuts wrote:gotta be honest when i clicked on this thread i thought it would be only about model building in eindhoven![]()

real good reporting, so cs Upstairs was you fav, right? how would you rate the smoke compared to dam, quality/price?, have thought about going eindhoven, ryanair do cheap flights, but remember reading liquidswords report last year & he said it wern't nowhere near as good as dam, have heard of that street with the bars, supposed 2be 1 of the longest entertainment streets in europe??
