Coffeeshop Baston (Haarlem) closed down

Went past here last night (my wife's shop is around the corner) and saw that it was shut.
There was an official looking letter on the door which I couldn't make out - but it looked like it was saying it had been shut for 2 reasons - one of which has someting to do with 1500g
