Hi there im just wondering if you could help me translate something into German for me please ? DESERT QUEEN would translate to ?

MMM these translater things are ok , but they wont tell you popular slang etc as im not a German speaker i dont know if there is another way to say it ? i have seen similar things and there were about 5 or 6 dif translations ! proper usage , slang , etc

haven't studied german since high school, but i guess technically you would say "Die Königin der Wüste"

No doubt one of the actual Germans on here would probably know better!

hey mate...saw your thread and yes...
i would translate it to "wüsten königin" or "königin der wüste" ... but never heard something about that ;)

dessert queen would be nachspeisen königin ;D ... this one i´d like to know ;)

Thanks Muphy :wink: its for a plaque for one of my scale models ! so which would be better to use ? Wuston konigin or the other ? to describe "the queen of the Desert" TIA

i´d choose "koenigin der wueste" for a plaque...imo this is more honorable
