Bird watch by webcam
01 March 2010

The Dutch bird protection body Vogelbescherming has fitted webcams in eight birds nests so people can follow the progress of this year's expected crop of fledglings.

Among the birds being monitored are various owls and birds of prey, a stork and a coal tit. It is the fourth year in a row the bird society has installed webcams close to nests.

Neat. I'm watching a horned owl now, sleeping. Boy it must be boring to be a bird most of the time. Except for the flying parts
Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.
