The vape and bong don't make much difference, if I inhale mj...it hurts. I think the bloomin patches are to blame for the inability to stop the cigs, they put my nicotine intake up by 400%. They work when yer using them, but as soon as ya stop...ya need a cig!.

Bad shit man, did any health person say why MJ fucks your chest so much?

Dude, those patches are crazy, made me feel really sick. The little disolveable tablets are awesome though apparently? The Nicorete ones.

Niall, nah the health ppl state the obvious "Smoking is bad for you...stop", they wont touch the MJ topic. I've got some weaker nicotel mints, but they're mingin and ya need a cig after one of those to take the bad taste away.

Quitting smoking is shit man, truth be told, i dont think a good approach actually exisits. It's better just to tough it out, and make sure they dont find the bodies of those who annoy you imo.

I found the Dutch Health people a little odd to be honest. It aint that they can't do their job properly but, I've got medical insurance and when yer speaking to them you get the sense they're still thinking about treatment in the sense of euros. If I'd have walked into my local GPs back in Belfast saying I've got some tightness in the chest and a funny feeling in my arm. He'd have told me to go straight to the Hospital and not to come back until they told me what's goin on. I'd have went back home to check it out cept I use any free time I get to go see the mother, who lives in Spain.

Well they always tell ya to stop drinking and smoking lol, but my drs on Carlisle circus were pretty good at fixing me too.
