i dont know if its himalayan,but the daula ghiri from bluebird is exactly what you described.
it is a super soft and oily black hash, melts in your pocket, very nice uplifting high with a hazy rush. taste is spicy, quite rough though.
if i recall correctly the price is 12,5 for 0.9 g.
here is a picture of the piece i sampled last summer. could barely remove it from the bag, thats why it is still in the bag ;)

As a rule of thumb ive very rarely been disappointed by oozing bits of black, whereas dry black can be useless or narcotic, im licking me lips now...

Cor blimey. Another one for the list there.

That's a much friendlier price than I was expecting too. Many years ago, I happily paid £60 for a henry of the Manali charas I'm so keen to recapture... (I'm pretty sure I was overpaying for rarity factor, unless there are charases that go for E20+ per g in the Dam?)

actually the budtender recommended this hash though it was not the most expensive. this gave me a good feeling and i was not disappointed...
