Hmm..I guess I will have to add "get hopelessly lost and inexplicably end up in Rotterdam/some meeting in the Hague/with a duck on my head near the Belgian border"(when I get lost, I get LOST) on my "To Do" list.

alot of good advice in the above posts im sure....however....my plans whenever travelling are pretty much no plans.

book a flight to where your going and dont even think of anything else......

always stood me in good stead, half the fun of a trip abroad is not knowing what the fuck is going on in my opinion
