The webcam in question is the Koningsplein webcam (http://www.terena.org/webcam/). Check it out if you haven't before, it's a live view of the bridge over the Singel just around the corner from the Dampkring. The idea is to assemble a bunch of us together and rush out of Heiligeweg, the street/alley facing the camera, jumping around and waving frantically at the camera. It's scheduled for 14:20 on 20th April at the moment, but it might get changed to 3 o'clock.

I've moved this forward to 15:00 (3pm local time) to allow more time for the crew on the catch-up crawl. Meet in the Dampkring about 2pm onwards. It looks like Dampkring will be a Hestia Cup nominee so that's handy.
