Forget weights, measure in a jug, Fluid ounces..... 3 eggs, 6 floz Milk, 6 floz plain flour, Salt, pepper and a dash of vinegar.
Chill batter for 2 hours in fridge. Heat tin and fat up till smoking..... about 225-235 .... add batter straight from fridge to smoking fat. about 20 to 25 mins later your oven door will be being forced open by the huge Yorkshires.
