Yep BB I have Silver Bubble from Grey Area on my list

Anyway I fly out tomorrow morning and strangely am finding it hard to get too excited about it due to my wifes frantic last minute shopping and tidying and everything else thats going on. I have made up a kind of list that I will try to stick to in a loose sense--I'm not going to let any prior agenda stop me from just floating around and doing what seems ok at the time , so although I have a rough idea what I should be doing over there I'll just take it as it comes

I'll post my list later and if there are any High Rollers ( Pun Intended ) out there you can put me straight---anyway shopping looms for now---back later

Ok the hour for departure draweth near

Here is a rough list of my intended purchases although I'll probably never get round to half of them or be sidetracked by other unknown delights

Rookies -- Buddha Cheese
Katsu -- Black Widow
Basjoes -- Bas Special , Cakes
Himalayan or Manila Cream Hash ?
Grey Area -- Casey Jones
Silver Bubble
ML077 ?
Mellow Yellow -- S5 Haze
Blueberry
Cakes ?
Homegrown Fantasy -- Cheese
Bluebird -- Mexi Ice
Tweede Kamer -- Rifman Habibi Hash
Rokerij -- Laughing Buddha
King Hassan Hash
Abraxas -- Cakes and wee bon bon thingies
Bagheera -- Amnesia Haze
Anyday -- Afghan delight
Hill St Blues for bulk deals

Theres still room for half a dozen or so more--if anyone has any serious recommendations now is your chance---go on--make my day

Best Cakes--and ? will one cake get my wife who has never been out of her head in her life stoned, and if so pleasantly ?

Have a great trip bilbo.. I'm not far behind you ..

I've sampled a few edibles and my advice for your good lady is to go steady - don't eat a whole cake in one go. I like abraxas. They do little chocolate bon bons and cakes - I've found these pretty strong. Usually sit at the bar and have a coffee and a cake but this time I am only going to have a couple of mouthfuls and see how I feel in an hour or so. The effects last a few hours - strong strong strong! I am a lightweight though.

Have fun!! :D

I'm not 100% sure as I dont even look at edibles but I have a feeling I've read that they've stopped selling the bon-bons, dont take it as gospel though.

TY so much Bridget--I know you are there the week after me and hope also you have a great time x

Boner--you are one of the ''High Rollers '' any last minute advice is much appreciated

By '' High Roller '' I mean one of the guys on here who goes there so much that you can actually compare stuff from different shops or even if something is as good or not as it was a month ago--there are lots of you guys/ladies out there and you contribute all the good stuff

Me--I'm a user of such information and its much appreciated

Been thinking about the cakes in this '' la Tertulia '' or whatever--Ive read a few posts giving them a good report

Abraxas is going on the list for eatables thanks

If you can try Paradox out, they not only have some nice smokeables but they do some real nice toasties and that, the milkshakes are the best in town (fresh fruit not that syrup rubbish a lot of the other coffeeshops use).

Stix is another of my faves, again nice smokeables and the mango drink is amazing.

Food wise, if you're meat eaters try Cafe De Klos @ Kerkstraat 41-43, Burger Bar is another fave: https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8937

I dont know what you have planned travel wise but get a bike if you can as it's the best/easiest way to get around, failing that give the trams ago.

Seeing that it's your first time (it is right?) the first thing I'd do is go on a canal cruise, it'll help with the orientation of the city.

I'd add on , Grey Area's 4077ML , Anyday's Afghani Delight & if they have the new batch , Bagheeras Am Haze . If your after a good bulk deal head over to Hill Street Blues @markt , have fun & smoke a shitload wherever you endup :D
Sending out the good vibes to those that need them right now :-)
