I would burn the top three drawers just for the bottom one full hash, meh maybe I keep the juicy fruit and one other.

Does the guy on the video own a shop in dam? I'm assuming he does but I didn't catch a name if they stated it.

Yes he owns the Willie Wortel shops, I'm not 100% sure if he still owns/part owns all 3 but I'm pretty sure he still owns the Sativa shop (the one nearest the train station) 100%, the one he's filmed in is the Sinsemilla.
