Arnhem : advice needed!!!

Hi Guys,
I'm searching for a good accomodation in Arnhem for a couple of nights.
I tried to search on internet but I can't find accomodation that have smoking room (or a terrace where smoke).... some advice????

I found place at NH where is also allowed to smoke.....
do you have any advice about coffee? especially about hours of opening and closing or the best....

Not personaly but i think stu was there recently,Check his trip report as they will be prices & stuff there
