Thanks cisco!
Hey Bilbo -BTW -met husband in a LOTR class in college. Our fav books & movies!. Check out the Iamsterdam card on line. Also Barney's website for info. I'm sure someone will now post a link for you?...
I have 4 days left. I know this was not the marathon smoking /buying/judging/critique trip. More like a leisurely puff around town, even though we were high all the time, we could function. Should I continue? Or am I boring half of you to pieces with this old lady romp thru Mokum??

Please go on. Hearing about life outside the coffeeshops is a refreshing change of pace. Besides, I'm sure you're working up to an exciting denouement where you, A.J., and Mary end up in a mosh pit.

Nah, been there, done that, in my youth. I was pretty wild in the 70's and 80's!

An awesome sight to behold!

My tired butt was sitting in that chair to the right about 5 minutes after this pic was taken. (Of course after I bought some bud from James

)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And this is what I saw from my chair.
(At least that's what the camera claims

).

"Look, there goes Johnny Depp"!

Friday 3.26.10-
Wake and bake as usual. Eat some cheese and bananas for brekkie. I love the cheese here, both kinds! AJ's phone rings and after a couple of minutes she starts laughing. It's Mary and she'll be here soon & she's bringing coffee (yay) and stuff from her free breakfast. Oh, and something funny has happened to her coat from last night at that horrible restaurant. I guess I'll find out when she gets here.
So Mary arrives, "Hey, I have the wrong coat. I took the wrong coat from the restaurant last night". She is not kidding. Her original coat was knee length and medium brown. The coat she is holding is almost black and bomber style (short) and is about 2 sizes too small. And has a hood. This is fairly pertinant info because Mary's coat did not have the hood on it last night. She had to borrow my umbrella last night when it started raining. She said a bunch of times , 'I can't believe I took the hood off the coat". And get this, she says we should have noticed that she wasn't wearing the right coat. Yeah right! We are all laughing uncontrollably about this, actually crying is more like it. Stupid stoners!
Anyway, we decide to return the coat another day. We hope Mary's coat is still hanging there. Off to the day's events. We are going sightseeing and museum hopping and of course smoking!
So we smoke a jay before we head out. I make sure that my stash kit is in my bag, grab our waters and maps and notes and we're off.

Really glad I took pics to document the trip!
Notice the empty box from Puccini chocolates amid the stuff on the table.. I believe we killed that in the wee hours last night. I'm glad we are walking alot today!
(I gotta go, be back later. AJ is waiting for me to smoke a fatty and go shopping for stuff for our families. Priorities!)

Have an awesome birthday. Lots of us 50ish stoner chicks/hens out here in cyber world!
I really like Jamaica. It's a good localish choice to have great weather and weed in one spot.
I went to Reggae Sunsplash in Montego Bay with college friends in 1983(?) and it was a fairly wild ride.
I went back to Ocho Rios in 1999 with family. Much more subdued.
Trip report with pictures please, Cat!
