got home last night in double quick time. Sod's law, 3hr delay on the way out, 1/2 hour early on way back.
Glad we kept the 420 buzz going to the weekend. IG's right about the ridiculous amount of j's smoked. All around the table at t'nes, you could see people looking for a face without a laced cone in it, so they could pass another one on and get a 5 second break til you're spotted again.
DC, it was a pleasure mate, great bar, great craic and that sticky stuff was the business. Can't wait to get back. 8) 8)
Met some fantastic people, had a smokefest to remember (i hope, took no notes or pics  ), and the weather was great. Time to start puttin a report together me thinks.

What a great bar Nes is I agree. One day might just remember how I got home from it! Only if DC substitutes ice hash substitute could this happen in my case tho.

Glad you have continued flying the massive stoner flag and hope next 420 will be even more of a blast than this time.
How much did you produce?

Monday, April 26th:

BB picked me up on her bike and we went riding to meet with some people at Paradox. Wow what a show: BB, Slybear, Bear, BK, SdShadow and Yogibear. Rolled a cone of Heaven Haze I bought at Basjoe last night and put some Terminator on it. The pipes and joints were getting passed like crazy... way fun.

Slybear invited us to see her houseboat so BB and I decided to go by there on our way to TAK & Holly's. It was nice and spacious, should be fun for Queensday. Ate some munchies and headed to TAK's houseboat. Stopped at the bakery on Harlemmerstraat first and grabbed a cheese broodje & 2 apple flaps, just ate one as a matter of fact.

Got to TAK's and we were the first one's there but it didn't take long for others to roll in. BB, Yogibear and BK also joined in with me, Slybear and Bear. TAK bought a banana cream pie - YUM! I was a hawg and ate two pieces. Hung out while the joints, pipes and vapo bags were flying again... Amsterdam is the most fun to hang with friends of anywhere on earth I can think of, unless a tropical island ever had coffeeshops.

We said our goodbyes for the evening and a spectacular time was had by all. Soaring with me on the baack of her bike, BB headed to Nes. Got here and smoked a cone tat DC rolled us of LA Confidential and some Ice O Lator hash he had, then topped it off with Terminator James had given me last night. We smoked it up and decided to call it a night, with plans for a meet up at the Waterhole if I'm still here on Wednesday. Depends on how the flights look... I think I like flying standby.

Angry Pirate & friend and lampshade were already at Basjoe when I got there... passed Soulrider on my way there too. I was going from Nes to Basjoe and he was going from Basjoe to Nes. Funny how you meet up with people here even when there's no 'meetup'. Said goodbye to James and off I went back to Nes walking with the three guys remaining (Lampshade, Angry Pirate, and his friend)..

LOL I sure did, Cisco! Sorry, dude, I know you were there and have no excuse but... it's Amsterdam. ;-)

Just walked in the door and too tired for a full report now, but got home and to top it off? First class from Amsterdam to Atlanta... all I can say is WOW. The plane was one of those with seats upstairs - it was huge!

Had a drink given to me before I could hardly sit down, the flight attendant took my coat and hung it up for me. The food is much better too and the snacks? Yum! I hardly ever drink alcohol, but had a mimosa at 10:45 am before we took off. Then had two bloody mary's just because they were free... free booze just tastes better for some reason.

Angry Pirate, good meeting yer good self and yer mate. Fingers crossed yer next visit coincides with the weed fairy's.

Cisco, well done for even making it here, 24 hr on a coach is dedication lol.

IG, you lucky git, though I'm thinkin they might've had a bit of a fight on their hands if they wouldn't have put ya in first class.

All in all it was a good 420 despite the obvious, I'm friggin knackered and I've still to get through Queeens day. :D

You won't regret going there for an afternoon coffee/tea and cake.
Sorry Dirty Uncle Ron for the edit down version of your text...

Just letting you know the flag you refer to is the Gay Pride flag. :D

I had a friend over a while ago who went out drinking one night and was telling me the next day about this really nice pub, but he couldn't understand why the barman kept giving him free drinks.. the pub had a flag outside :D
Just trying to be 'En Vogue'
