open to correction but i think outdoor weed is not as strong, no intense hot lamps growing it so the high is a little smoother and mellow than the same strain would be if it was grown quicker indoors under laamps
Lamps dont make plants grow quicker nor do they make the weed stronger, smoother or mellower, if anything the complete opposite - I've always found the high/stone to be more psychoactive when smoking outdoor grown stuff as well, I grew a White Widow outdoors (about 6 foot) a few years back and a few joints had my mate (a heavy toker) throwing a fully blown whitey with puking and everything, he simply couldn't handle it.

listen to him, he knows his stuff.
I`m always happy when the outdoor-season in holland starts and you`re able to get fucking great outdoor-quality for a ridiculous price of around 3€....on the one hand I would like to see the people stop talking shit about outdoor being weak or anything but on the other hand, if there was as much demand as for indoor it wouldnt be as cheap ;)

From my experience, outdoor grown herb is weaker than the indoor equivilent.

And I've never tripped balls from smoking any cannabis, there for, I conclude that cannabis aint phsychoactive.

Most people who grow outdoors in uk suffer shit rainy summers which we always used to think produced a very soporific harvest (loadsa CBN/D), and also for paranoia reasons the plants are rarely given the best and most sunny locations either in a garden, hence most of what we see grown outdoors has hardly had optimium growing conditions or correct nutrition levels/ph/acidity control etc..also as per the debates we have elswewhere, a good bit of old fashioned thai stick from North thailand or some cracking Indian buds from kerala would probably have you trippin your nuts off, certainly does everybody else..I remember staggering back along a beach path in Goa once and all the palm trees appeared to be covered in giant spiders webs and the small path lamps were a kaliedoscope of colours beaming off into the sky...sounds good but actually it freaked me out as I was on my own, noone to giggle with, what a shame..recall being woken up every morning at 6.30 am by the lovely german hippy guy in the next hut who would start his day grinding up his charas for his first chillum of the day...I couldnt keep up with him for more than a few minutes..
