u sure do man, I drank a lotta Maritimes and Elliot Bays a few years back when I came for a wedding. Anyway, you live in Seattle, so have you ever had a Double Bacon Deluxe from Red Mill? That's at least 3 ingredients on top of 2 beef patties, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

Jus' sayin...

I'm pretty ignorant on the subject of cider, but I think it was fashionable sometime in the past decade. An American producer, Woodchuck, started up, and I always saw Boddington's cans at all the reputable gastropubs I patronize. My brit friends drank cider but eventually came on board and now order the craft beers and Belgians like everyone else. I don't think cider really caught on. Same goes for mead btw.

I shall order a Blackthorn at my next opportunity.

they have a ton of meat selections(lamb,a duck and pork combo called dork and buffallo...and beef),cheeses, etc...also a very large selection of shakes and sodas. i hear people rave about the nutella shake.

as far as cider goes its getting bigger here in seattle. a few of the pubs downtown have magners and strongbow on draft.

Tons of places serve cider here in Portland. Personally I'm not into cider or micro brews though. Just give me a quality brew like Delerium Tremens or a Duvel!

The Duvel there is from Harlem Soulfood on Haarlemmerstraat. I'm ashamed to say I didn't see any food on their menu that remotely resembled "soulfood." Where was the catfish, the fried okra, the dirty rice or shrimp creole?? I'm just saying...

Those burgers look incredible, Titus.
It would be an interesting experiment to try a different one every day to see how many burgers one could eat before the heart attack.

most of those burgers look gross, and go along way in explaining why the rest of the world think all americans are fat! my arteries closed up just looking at the pics! each to there own tho. the simplicity of burger bar is what makes it so good to me.
If in doubt, have a spliff
