Long time Lurker here. I rarely post, mainly because I'm lazy so I thought I should introduce myself.

I'm Whitey, 26 from the UK.

I'm flying out to the Dam for my 3rd visit on 1st June. CAN'T.WAIT

Anyway, I'm planning on a trip report, photos, etc as I know how much you guys love em...basically, I think I'll be a bit more of an active member from now on

Hello

1st -4th June I'll be in town

I've just realised what an unfortuante name Whitey is to have on here. White is a part of my surname, I'm Whitey on all other forums, might as well be here too.

Yes, I've always wanted to do a trip report, but my first time as a newbie (sept 06) was a bugger to remember, I didn't own a camera back then, so I didn't even have photos to jog my memory, just one of me in DreadRock looking mightly confused with a bench.

My second visit was only a month or so after the smoking ban was introduced (aug08), we rented an apartment and it was soooo hot we hardly went outside.

This time I'm heading out with notebook and camera in hand

My two previous trips was with my boyfriend of the time, this year will be my first holiday with friends, so I expect it to be a little different, more spontanious maybe?

Who knows? Anyway, I know it will be FUN

Whitey - thats what we call one of our mates, whenever he goes to the Dam he always whities out, always cracks us up.
