I was there too .
But I don't recall any of this , only the pig .
I was there three...first time i saw floyd, I'm now up to four plus DG at the royal festival hall. All have been unforgettable.
Think i'll have to catch the o2 dublin gig as i'm sure i'll be in NL 12 days after the Arnhem gig.
On a side note, i'm off to Rhodes a the end of the month, a place called Lindos. Went there last year and fell in love with the place. Made good friends with a guy working at the beach cafe we used daily, and during a chat about music he tells me that Dave Gilmour (the reason i first picked up a guitar) was close friends with his boss, and has a house here. In fact, his kids were over a few weeks earlier. Apparently, floyd had been coming here since the 70s/80s.
Maybe one day i'll meet the great man, who knows...

yeah, earls court oct 94, a few days after the seating collapsed. Off my fuckin face, i was.
Some venue that, doesn't look big enough from outside. I mean, it's big, but then you get indoors and across to the big black curtain, then thru that and.... wow.
Did you notice the green VW golf they were raffling? Division Bell logos all over it. Wonder which lucky fucker got that!

We were there the last night of the Earls court residence .
Speaking of the night the seating collapsed .
I had friends there who lets just say were well wrecked , and for a split second they thought it was part of the special effects .
I kid you not !

I have row 29 floor center for our group for the Vancouver show.
Should be pretty epic.
All the Floyd boys seem to really turn it up a notch in Canada, they really love it up here.
