Wake up around 8.45
1st breakfast of champions were a couple milky bowls of grey area kif to get the appetite stimulated
Then we go hit up barneys uptown for breakfast… stopping by the coffee shop and picking up some utopia haze and royal jelly… Utopia haze was nothing to write home about.. Hazey and a bit of a fruity tinge.. Super duper smooth.. But nothing^special flavor wise .. (we feel that maybe going to grey area first is not the best idea as it sets the bar high for everything else.. Oh well). Budtender couldn’t help advise us on the hash.. didn’t know what it was made from and said he hadn’t smoked any of them… However the royal jelly is sweet, crumbles in your hand almost into powder,, not quite,, little chunks.. Its lightish brown with a hashy smooth flavor and strong kick. Bubbles extremely well leaving no residue and pure grey ash…

Finally.. We had meant to go last night but it was too cold and rainy…. We asked for some pure sativa and he recommended Mexican haze. The buds were a bit wispy and the taste was quite lemony.. Nice cerebral soaring high.. No couch lock.. Giggly and chattty.. I kept doing stuff and forgetting to finish or starting different tasks… I.e. packing too many bowls at the same time.. And then getting confused what was wut… we also got .5g of both 40e and 60e water works ice hash.. This stuff is up there with the barneys royal jelly.. They both bubble down really well.. But its hard to tell the diff between the two .. The more expensive is slighty more soaring cerebral high while the less expensive is a bit more couch lock.. We smoke on the roor bong in the upstairs.. There are two guys fixing the TV from an external company.. I felt bad for them getting high.. But they seemed amused watching us ripping the bong…

So towards Green place where we pick up some BB cheese which smells like grape/bubblegum chewing gum… wow that smell is just the fruitness we had been looking for.

We also get casey jones but find it lacks in flavor compared to some of the other stuff we’ve smoked, I dont think this is the same batch everyone was raving about… high is hard to distinguish at this point, nothing cutting thru everything else.. Probably because this was also mixed with some OG ice that we got, OG kush and Amnesia gold.

The OG was a recommendation of the bud tender as his personal fav. His recommnedation in flavor nugs were Amnesia gold and pineapple haze, I opted on amnesia haze as it looked killer and smelled nice and amnesia-ey, we hadn’t sampled any amnesia yet.. I didn’t ask but im assuming its Acapulco gold x Amnesia haze, who knows…
OG stood out flavor wise.. Nice and strong taste and effect. OG Ice was a dissapointment, it was unpressed but didn’t bubble at all, not that pure… it was still strong but not worth the hefty price tag and didnt match up to dampkring or barneys bubble...
Next we went back to grey area to sample more from their menu because both purchases we had got the night before were top notch.. We returned to see we hadn’t noticed they had OG 18 and Headband written in the top corner in marker. Got 1g of both as well as 1g of chiesel, but it might have been chocolope.. Im not sure I think the budtender got confused, or I did… but it smells crazy… ate subway and then went home to session down our goodies in the apartment…

When at home i took a comparison shot to show the OG18 sample from green place and that of grey area.. the g.a. sample looks nicer: more crystals a nice light green colour and light orange hairs... but i was suprised that the greenplace og18 had much nicer flavor:

We visited the Colonel for some fried chicken (colonel doesnt show any love in our home country...)… then off to Basjoe but still closed!!!
Instead we went to hunters, English b.t. who was nice and helpful, headbanging to some metal. We got some NYCD and G13/Amnesia. Both were tastey, but the gram of nycd wasn’t up to scratch to wut I had smelled, small buds and crumbs... Shame.
G13 amnesia is beautiful smoke and looks great too.
