I've had some nice musical experiences in Barneys Lounge. Once a couple of years back, when all the flights were cancelled into Schipol because of weather, we were alone in BL, and the guy turned off the music and put on a dvd of Jeff Buckley live. It was insanely good, although we were insanely stoned off Laughing Buddah.

Still to this day, after many more visits, my best experience in Amsterdam.

As a general rule they play some rather nice trance and reggae in there though.

I don't like my places saturated in Bob Marley, but a little goes a long way.[/code]

hey twich what coffeeshops are you referring too?

my favourite music to get stoned too is hip hop, artists such as nas and wutang.

hopefully returning to dam in a month, so any suggestions for a place that plays that type of music?
