yeah exactly, I realized the same thing after a few paranoia attacks...Marco wrote:99% of the people you think are noticing your freak out, are not.

Just because you are not paranoid dont mean that they're not out to get you.

whenever the paranoia gets me, I say to myself, that weed is not really changing your personality, it just gives you more room to think, so if you are stoned and dont want to be stoned, just say to yourself "I am not stoned" and you will feel much more sober.....at least thats how it works for me, weed is a wonderful drug because it doesnt control you, at least until you let it control you

Best thing to do in my opinion is go to somewhere like Paradox, Rokerij Elandsgracht, Kashmir Lounge, Greenhouse Tolstraat, Stix or any friendly neighbourhood coffeeshop (preferebly nowhere that will bullshit you like Bulldog or Grasshopper etc). Speak to the very knowledgeable budtenders and tell them what you are looking for, what you want from your smoke, strength etc and allow them to recommend something for you. There really are some amazing guys and girls out there who work behind the counters and carry a wealth of knowledge who enjoy speaking to people who dont pretend to know it all and just want some advice.
If, however, I had to pick one strain for a first timer, I would offer up Bio Green from Paradox. It's billed on the menu as mild, and that puts a lot of people off but it's an ace smoke, really chilled, quite high, quite laughy. Doesn't drag you into oblivion like other weeds. Yeah... recommended.
