Good deal! Also, I was kinda plannin on finding parks to sleep in at night, considering I am not trying to spend all my money there, and I kinda like being a bum. Is this a bad idea? Or should I just book a hostel now?

I wouldnt fancy sleeping in a park myself, maybe try a hostel or camping at Zeeburg. They also do wagonettes and cabins at Zeeburg for quite cheap from what i understand.

I ride home through Vondelpark after clubbing in Leidesplein.. There are some strange characters around normally.. I only go through full pelt on my bike lol

done hostels, didnt like it sharing room with 5 complete strangers all looked liked they were on steroids and were off their faces on mushrooms zeeburg i cant praise em enough but its a way out and if your not camping they don't do 1 bed cabins

I have noticed a lot of small cheap tents for sale in the local shops as the festival season has begun.. Maybe buy one of them and try Zeeburg?
I'm planning on a couple of nights at Zeeburg myself soon as I like camping and it's only 15 mins on the tram from my house

I would probably not sleep in the park, there are indeed some shady characters in the parks at night. You should have no problem waiting until you get in town to find somewhere to sleep. Zeeburg is a good option, just a short tram ride from the City Center. There are also several hostels, if you just want somewhere to lay your head. The tourist office outside Centraal Station will be more than happy to help you find something within you budget.

Ok, I just booked 3 nights at Inner Amsterdam hostel. It was 23 euros a night, figured that wasn't too bad, and they have breakfast.

\i went to Greenplace at 9 pm tonight for the toke n talk and didn't see any ACDers. Sat at the bar long enough to smoke a joint and moved to the tobacco smoking are. There was a woman there who seemed to be waiting too. Left at 930 cuz i had things to do.

Sorry I couldn't make it. I've only just got home from Maastricht..

Me and my wife look for ACD logo on a table, but we didn't find. We got there at 21:30 and ask for a fellow if he was there for the ACD meeting. For a surprise he was, and we have a nice joint. I think was Caveman, but I'm not sure. I really like the menu of the GreenPlace. I think it needs to be added on the main map, cause is better than other places that already are there. Nice tip. We prove the chocolope, and other that have cheese in the name...

Was there from 8:30 at front of shop with the mrs and left about 2 hours later very, very stoned!!! To be honest i kind of forgot about T&T, was settled in having a good smoke and the evening flew by and had to keep an eye on the mrs that she didnt get too stoned, lightweight!!

Sorry all, I arrived about 10 minutes late. The terrace was full so I sat at the first table until I could move outside.
