Good examples of old skool strains?

Post by CHELSEA_SMOKERS_SOCIETY »

Been checking flight options so hopefully we shall be off to the dam very soon. I've pretty much decided that this trip is gonna be focusing on old skool strains for two reasons, nostalgia and euros. WW and Ak47 are my original favouites and conveniently are cheaper than most now,and I really like the idea of doing an old skool focused trip.

White widow & Ak47 seem to be available commonly, so could any one recommend a decent place to go for them?

Also, other classics like Northern lights, jack herrer, Hindu kush, etc. Any one recommend any where?

Cheers

Hey CSS!!

Hows it goin??

After n old skool trip! well......

for AK47-(my personal FAV strain!!!):

1- greenplace - 8e - i always get a bag from ere!!!!
2- Resin - 8e - good taste, ok cured!
3- greenhouse - 9e - ONLY get if it looks like greenplace!!!

for WW-

1- 420 - 8e - ALWAYS good!
2- greenplace - 8e - good example, wasnt to fresh last time thou
3-HGF - 10e - was really nice example last couple of buys

i would also say try some bubble gum! Hunters has a good example @ 8e ,oh n resin @ 9e i think! my mate grew it for YEARS n knows when its good!
hope that helps!

heard good things about AK from green place, and you've confirmed it, will be going there definatly.

Also, bubblegum, what a classic. cheers for the heads up on hunters. i remember a great batch of it in southampton in 2002ish when mates were there at uni. still remeber the smell out of the bag mmmm

nice one! cheers for that. it seems basjoe is getting realy good reviews a lot on here at the minute. maybe im wrong but i get the impression that basjoe is the place to smoke now in peoples opinions. definatly the vibe of this board said the 'place to smoke' when i last went (back in 2008  ) was de kuil/420. i havnt been to basjoe since my first couple of trips, and i actualy remember not bing overly impressed, so i never went back.... but ill have to give it another chance

Hey Cisco, I tried the AK from GP earlier this month. Was very good and I think it was 8euro a gram or 2 for 15.

Another vote for the Green Place AK, and they do 5g bags for €35 (also the same price for White Widow and K2)
