Excellent stuff "ZBeebs", your versatility is an example to myself and i'm sure many others. 8)
Have you been vaping any of your own stuff? ...and if so, how did you find the difference from when you smoked a joint, or had a bong... i.e. taste :P , stone  duration of stone
Ah, ..trying to get to that last little build up of goodness in the mini-whip/hose to smear on my joint  ... usin' a specifically twisted paper clip...you'd have thought i was workin' on a watch
"ZBeebs", just had a thought whilst typin' this, please tell me if this is part correct, or total rubbish.(The total rubbish bit has happened before  8) )
If you did your iso wash thingy (i'm sure i've got a good idea of this in my head and come the day i'll look closely at the threads and post if necessary  ), or better still, had a spare mini-whip/hose to switch back and forth ...and then smoked your own particular strain exclusively when usin' the vape, would this goodness that builds up be a lot closer to the pure essence of the strain you'd grown :?:
Would this be gettin close to some of the products that you have to pay handsomely for when in the "Dam", but secure in the knowledge that, unlike theirs which may be several different strains used to make it, yours is unadulterated 8) :?:
....and could this gold, havin' let it build up for months as you said, be further 'refined' to increase it's purity, turnin' it into rocket fuel to the moon
As i said it's just a thought, but i do love that different stone i get from this extra little gift,(I find it starts in my stomach and gently rises up through my body over the course of a few minutes  ) i'm i correct in thinkin' that this is a very small amount of oil that's in the tubing and more of a oily hash in the hose that sits in the bowl? Whatever it is, it's wonderful. :P :P

"smokin'weedgi", less is more mate, when it comes to how much of the precious green to stick in. You'll save yourself a fortune and be able to go 'dancing' "Friday" and "Saturday" night!! or even an extra trip or two to the "Dam" 8) 8)

"BigRigRob", let us know when you've got enough 'black gold' build up and you've had a little bite at the cherry.

"Cisco", .."OG18", lovely...have you tried this stuff that builds up yet?

Can anyone please let me know how often i should be changin' the vaporisers' bag?

"BigRigRob", sorry to hear you've broke a bit of the equipment so soon after takin' delivery  ...it's a miracle i've not done somethin' to my vape since i've had it
Glad it's hittin' all the right spots when it comes to gettin' you wasted, 8)
Nice you had a whole week to get properly acquainted,

My understanding of how vapes work, is that at the proper temperature it is releasing THC, some flavor compounds, and not much else. So, the vapor that condenses on the whip is made almost entirely of THC. I don't believe there is much in the way of cannabinoids in there. I feel that the quality of the condensed vapor compares well to the expensive stuff found in the dam. I'm surprised someone hasn't set up a system that vapes the bud to release the THC, then cools the vapor down over coils or something, allowing the vapor to condense down to liquid...

When I compare the vape oil to bho, or qwiso, the vape oil (for me at least) has more of a soaring, up, head high.

If I were to compare, I'd say I get more high (in the head, not body) from the vape smoking the same herb. The high also seems to last longer when I vape, BUT - if you want that crushing, all over stone, the bong is what does the trick.

i have not tried any of this sticky goodness yet , there is a nice bit at the bend of the bit where you put the bag !? cant unsrew the tube though ? ZBeebs you say you use a coat hangar / bit wire ? Also if you soak the whip etc is it okay to use when you take it out the soak ? ie ; has not been tainted by the ISO ? how long do you soak for ?

Cheers happy vaporers

You can soak the joints in iso to get at the oil inside, or a paperclip/coathanger works too. Tiny screwdriver is good too. I've also used a wooden skewer to get at some of the oil in the whip when wanting to smear it on a paper before rolling a joint...

When I soak the tube, I fill it with iso, and use my fingers to close the ends up. I leave a little empty space, and move the liquid back and forth through the tube for a minute or two before pouring it into a pyrex dish. I repeat this until it looks like I've gotten all the buildup out.

I have reused the same whip many times now...never had a problem...I just rinse it really well in warm water afterwards. No taste or anything that I've noticed.

"Cisco", i had the same problem with trying to get the tubin' off the mini whip, as i was sure i was going to break it :( , but i found if you put the fan on for a few minutes while it's assembled, the heat makes the tubin' flexible and supple and it was no problem to gentle twist it off. Then you can get at the good stuff 8) 8)
I found it was best to put a metal kebab sKewer (wood i thought might absorb some of the goodness  ) in the tube and roll the tubin' on a table, so the oil collects on one edge of the skewer and can be easily smeared onto the joint ( the tar like further goodness i found could be quite easily be peppered through the joint  8) 8) )

I could only get some mass grown (Chinese) weed recently, which wasn't that good :( , although i was glad to get even that  , but the vaporiser rode to the rescue again and turned it into a good nights entertainment   and at the same time left behind the little 'gift' for when times are hard  :x
I am delighted that this gem of a little machine, gives people like myself the chance, to occasionally sample and experience what would be the very high end of the smokin' pleasure that "Amsterdam" has to offer ( nothin' anywhere near like this is available to be bought in "Scotland", you hear people occasionally speak in hushed tones of 'this stuff' that you could get in the misty past), or, that you can read about other "ACDers", in the various threads, who are producin' and enjoying the best   8) .
Just another reason to follow the example of the otheres, and start cuttin' out that middle man, who only cares about profit, certainly not the production of the fines weeds possible
