Grats TC, i personally do not like most of the metal on metal vapo units, but that one looks pretty nice.
Thats why i want the Verdamper, its all glass.
Let us know how it is and if it works well with hash, im really curious.

My new vape arrived this morning while I was at work.

Can't wait to get home and try it out and report back!

fired it up and holy fruck am I blazed... not a crazy mind lost and paranoid high, but mellow, face grabbing and joyous... if that's possible.

first bag, I let the unit warm for 15 minutes even though the temp readout hit 190c almost within 1 or 2 mins.

loaded in less than half a gram of purple kush, a really nice strain that I usually smoke 2 to 3 grams a day right now... so I put in the PK and hit a bag, then a second... there was a taste of flower by-product, but otherwise, no taste, and just light white vapor.

I did a second bag off the same half gram, stirring it with the glass wand that was provided... similar taste and white vapor...

I am feeling high after about 5 mins...

next weed, this one is a quebec strain, not a kush, but crystals completely coated and dripping of goodness... turned back the temp to 170c to see if there's a change... well the less potent, but more crystally quebec strain is a winner... I don't know if it was all the crystals or the lower temp that made it better, but the high is undeniable and soaring. less than a gram total off 4 bags and two diff strains and i am really stoned.

just a great experience. when i can function more focusedly i will post some pics!

Great review. I have one of these too, but haven't really given it a proper test yet.

I am keen to know how well hash, or concentrates, will work with this machine, and would appreciate any advice.

I'm finding that 185-195 is the right temp range.

I've reduced from .5 gram per bowl to .2 gram per bowl... and LESS is MORE!

I've got the arizer extreme and love it. Sold my volcano it is that good.

Less is definitely more. I pack about .2 or .3 in the cyclone bowl. Any more and it gets less efficient.

Don't forget to save the duff and do an iso wash of the parts, specifically the whip when the buildup is visible.

Man reading this has me so excited, I ordered one of these over the weekend so I can give up the cigarettes, should be here tomorow or wednesday, right in time for a long weekend off work.

@ TwoCanucks - Now you have been using this for a couple of months are you still enjoying it? also do you only use this now or do you still smoke as well?

Received this today, only had about an hours play time with it before i had to go to work, had a few blasts on the whip but cant say i felt extremely buzzing, will have a proper play on thursday

This is a glass on glass unit - the outside is metal, but I've had it apart and the heating element is encased in glass and the bowl that sits on the heating element is glass. There is no metal to metal contact anywhere that involves heat.

The Q is really a sweet unit. Can say it is very easy to keep clean and warms up quickly. Off .5 gram you get about 3 to 4 small bags, maybe 2 really good and one more of a large bag. The Mrs loves it because it's easy to use, and we keep it in the spare room. No too bad for odor, actually took it on a long trip and vaped in a few different hotels without care for causing an issue.

I've just started saving the used herb and will try washing it qwiso style in the future.

all in all, very happy with the purchase. It consistantly makes each smoke stronger and the high clearer and stronger than burning a joint. Ive also done hash and oil in it without a problem (just added a second screen to prevent mj drippage on the heater).
