depends on the weather... lately, as it has been nice and sunny, i've been jamming Wavves - King of the Beach. Great stoner/surf punk record.
if you've got a nice soundsystem/headphones, it doesn't get much better than grizzly bear - yellow house. there are times when it sounds like there are 30 or 40 instruments playing underneath the main music--really wild to wrap your head around when you're baked!
for an album that will really blow your mind if you're stoned, go with panda bear - person pitch. some of my best smoking memories are from toking up with that record.
i also listen to mostly indie though... so my suggestions might not go as far. for music without lyrics, i prefer:
fuck buttons - tarot sport
four tet - rounds, there is love in you
tortoise - TNT
godspeed you! black emperor - f sharp, a sharp, infinity

Ozric Tentacles(Erpland), Orbital(Insides), Steve Hillage (L/Fish Rising), System 7, Pink Floyd (Wish You Were Here), The beta Band (EP), The Primitives (Lovely), The Who (Quadrophenia), KLF (Chill Out), Chemical Brothers (Singles) and hundreds more. I have a very varied taste in music apart from modern rap and r&b hate the stuff.

If you haven't heard of Perpetual Groove or Tea Leaf Green please do yourself a favor and listen to them. I really love jam bands, especially after I started smoking(correlation?) and of course Disco Biscuits and Umphrey's McGee are great as well. Seen all of them in concert and they've all really been an experience!
And the album The Trials of Van Occupanther by Midlake is one of the best smoke session albums ever. Almost put me to tears.

I listen to the same music whether I'm high or not
- electronic (jungle, drum n bass, house, dubstep, ambient, experimental, glitchhop, electro, breakbeat, blah blah)
- funk/soul
- reggae/dub/dancehall/ragga/other Jamaican offshoots
- hiphop (the good kind, not commercial 'gangsta' rubbish)
- grime/2step
- rock
- metal/heavy metal/death metal etc.
- jazz/blues
- afrobeat
- samba/bossanova/anything from Brazil
- afro cuban jazz
- bluegrass
- ethnic/tribal/world
- drumming/percussion music
- classical
And any combination of those! I'm sure I missed some genres but its not important... its all music
