when you first ring up the top up number (1200) it asks what language you want to set.. From memory to get the internet add on, you want to hit 4,5,1 on the phone menu system, to buy 'Zorgloos internet'

To set up your iPhone the info you need is:-

apn - live.vodafone.com
username - vodafone
password - vodafone

When do you get the username and password? Are they included in the sim package or do they tell you when you're setting it up?

They send you a text saying your close, then it's a bit unpredictable. It can last a few more days or as long as 2 weeks! I try to make sure I have very little credit on it at this point as when it stops - bam, say goodbye to any credit.. they robbed me of €20 this way! you can check its still active by ringing 1200, option 4,1. Once it expires you can add credit if you need to and you can also re-active the zorgeloos internet blox immediately.

that could be problematic, for titus and I had a plan to use the service but if is too difficult, I would just have someone at the phone center set it up for me.
