well from any strain you can make a hash, just depends which buds you want to squash etc.. to make it out of! me personally i dont think i could do that to precious buds!!!

I haven't asked about the half grams, its worth a try. They tend to be pretty accommodating there. Both the Rootang Valley and Durban Poison are nice, I prefer the Rootang because I like soft, sticky, aromatic hash. The Durban poison was more hard and gummy. Still very good tho
But, hash is everywhere in the shops, so go to as many shops as you can and have a look at as many hashes as you can, theres always this type of golden connection from someone to someone else and out of it results some of the best hash you smoked....thats my experience with it
I'm sure Anyday would sell you a half g. Couple of trips back he sold me 5 euro worth of some hash that was priced at 11 (had only few coins left needed airport smoke )
