I have to agree with you Twitch.
Uncle Ron's posts often come across as condescending.
I've never met him so it's hard to tell, but in my opinion, anyone who talks to people in that way is an absolute wanker!

I agree. Not his first post where I've seen similar content.

It's a matter of personal choice....I am willing to put out a few extra $$$/euros for the creature comforts. When I was younger I was more willing to forgo said comforts but, now I am not. My option.
If I don't see you no more in this world, I'll meet you on the next one.

Wow, 90% of my posts are drivel eh? Start listing the 90% and lets have an open discussion of the contents of my posts. I think in the end, probably just five minutes, it will be you that looks like a complete wanker. At least NONE of them start out attacking someones opinion. And to seriously attack a sarcastic one may speak volumes as to the type of person you are. It's sarcasm for fucks sake.

Twitchaldinho, you don't know me and I don't know you. May I suggest then that you mind your manners? Ask me the meaning or intent of my post and I will explain myself, no problem and just too damn easy, instead of jumping off the Burj Khalifa. Sarcasm and giving a little stick is all that I meant. If you have some personal issue with me, name the place and time. This is not a threat, just a suggestion on how to personally resolve your issues with me and my issue of you insulting me.

Old Timer, the only part of my comment that was directed at the OP was that I hoped he didn't pay more than 40e, and this too was meant to be sarcastic. The rest of my sarcasm was directed at the room.

Prove your accusation. You, like all members, have access to the entire database. Put up or leave well enough alone. My guess is the latter.
Also, "I'm too much of a condescending prick" was sarcasm and a poke back at Twitchaldinho for his comment.

What is it with some people on this forum lately? Seems they hover, ambush at the ready, waiting for something to set them off. Noticed this phenomenon in quite a few threads over the past few weeks, even today.

Not for everybody, but if the shoe fits...
A reply DC gave just today to someone who deserved it.
'If you have a penis, does it reach your ass? If so, go fuck yourself'. If not, ask somebody to do it for ya! (that last bit was mine)

As an addition to my comment about what's up with people lately, someone apparently took issue with me using sideburns on emoticons, which I didn't even notice. Example - '' vs

WTF? WTF? WTF? WTF? WTF?

He's coming across as agitating, just saying.
If that's his thing than so be it.
I'll happily move away from DUR.

I actually feel quite pissed off I had to even write that on the ACD Forum, BTW.

After meeting you DC, I know you to be a decent top guy. (btw, thanks again for the smoke  )
I've not met DUR and have no problems if I did, it's just that on page 1 of this thread he was being unnecessarily annoying to someone else and and I jumped in along with others, pointing it out.

No biggy, it's all just words on the internet, no more, no less.
