Just wondered if anyone has stayed at 'Studio Haarlemmerstraat B ' (booked through amsterdamstay) or knows anyone that has.

Yeah i have stayed there its through the Kaisersgracht apartments right ? what do you wanna know ? apart from them upping there prices 100% ! i stayed there in October €70 pn now they want €140 ?

I booked it through amsterdamstay, yeah the prices went up by 30% for the 'Sail Weekend'. They looked a bit ropey for the price, just wanted to know if they were ok (last time i stayed in May I got a house for 100 euro more). In a stoner moment I changed it to a apartment on Nieuwevaart, got sent the address yesterday, checked it google and thought I should of stayed where I was (school boy error) .
The thing is I thought the one on Nieuwevaart was 100 e cheaper, when I got the confirmation email it was the same price as the Haarlemmerstraat apartment, doh
I've not stayed over in that part of town before, so Im hoping its not to far out.

Just stumbled over this while looking for an apt for my upcoming... I stayed here in 2009 and it was 100e/night. it's on the stayamsterdam site for same or 120e during prime. nothing fantastic about the place but it works and it's damn close to Barney's.
