You have to remember that showing ID or drivers licence etc is consenting. Same as giving them your name as you would normally put it. ie. John Doe, whereas John of the family Doe or better still just john isnt entering into a contract.

There is no law that states you have to produce ID or indeed carry a license on your 'person' either, even tho the cops will insist there is. they'r referring to an ACT or a Statute.

The main thing to understand is: You are not a person; you have a person! (Person in law terms refers to a corporation) Acts and Statutes are only for your person ie. corporate law (maritime law) when you see your name in capital letters that's your 'person' theyr referring too.

One last thing (for this post at least). When the cops read your rights the first time and they finish with the question 'Do you understand?'. what theyr actually saying is ''Do you stand under?' in other words do you agree to the act theyr arresting you under!! Best answer; No, Not at all :D

Im refering to common law.
