hello I am going to visit from U.S.A for and I wondered if some of you would share with me some of your fav coffee shops? I plan to stay a few weeks to enjoy your city and people, thanks

I would suggest looking through the Coffeeshop Reviews section. There is also a poll on the top of that board that members have used to vote for their favorite shops.

When you have firm dates for your trip, get them to me.

First timers get my S G Collins recommendation
I think a read of this will maximize your efficiency once you get there.

How not to get hit by a bike and other stuff they forgot to tell you about Amsterdam.

If you are stay a couple weeks, be sure to do a day trip to Haarlem.

Hi there. My girlfriend lives in Hawaii and we will be both meeting up there early September which maybe too late for your visit. We both know the Dam well and a few months ago hit the Ocean coffeeshop, a bit off the beaten track, but worth a visit. If you want some ' can't move can't think shit ' try their super silver haze at 9 euros a gram. See the site map for the location.
