Not all doormen are meatheads, although I'll admit there are some out there and I used to be one (a doorman not a meathead lol)!
I worked as a doormen for 3 years and I'm far from a meathead although I did occasionaly work with some less pleasent characters, which I guess you could call 'meatheads'.
I actually left the trade because a lot of the newer doorman that were starting couldn't handle the job. The jobcentre went through a stage of pretty much handing out SIA badges which led to a lot of young lads who like being able to say they were a bouncer but when the shit hit the fan would be nowhere to be seen, and thats the last type of person you wanting be working with!

Adam is not on the mars man, ofc the doorman will be happy about a tip, but you dont have to do so....its like everywhere else in the world :D
