I know a guy that seen Alex playing a few years ago at a local club and he said it was very sad to see him in the state he was, he arrivwed by black cab and could not afford thef are, which the manager picked up and he preceded to drink and was about to start a fight with a random bloke that he bumped into. A sad end for a brilliant snooker player.
